Guests of Summit Sky rental properties have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, and the Aspen House. The Aspen House amenities include, an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a gym wellness room, Ping-Pong table, community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit.

We're only 75 miles, or about 1:20 hr. from Denver. 9 miles from Keystone/Copper. 25 from Vail. Minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, Silverthorne's incredible recreational center, the library and the Post Office. Folks are friendly and helpful as well as fun. "

The community is low density with wonderful trails built by community members. Elk, deer, fox, a few bears and moose live peacefully together. Winter & Summer recreation is enjoyed by all."
