My son went to preschool in a different district (not as good as this one) and needed some additional help to get up to speed. 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son has autism and has an IEP. There was nothing individual about his plan for education. He scored very poorly on state testing, yet his teachers gave him wonderful marks and said he was an excellent student. This is mostly because he did not curse or misbehave in class. Some classes even had other students vaping in class which upset him to no end. Our concerns were left unmet. My son has trouble with basic math, reading and comprehension. All of these were not addressed while he was a student. After twelfth grade we had to fight tooth and nail to get him in an extended 18-21 program which they only agreed to admit him for one year. During this time, my son said he was completely bored and did not learn a thing. My wife and I tried to send him out of district to a school that was highly recommended by an outside agency. Not only did the Child Study Team refuse to send him there, but they also refused to let my wife and I take a tour of the outside facility. Overall, I believe the Clearview Regional School District completely failed my sons' special needs and left him unable and unready to face the post-graduation world. We are currently sending him to a local community college and have him in adult transition classes.Parent Review10mo ago8 Reviews - Clearview Regional Middle School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe advanced program for mathematics is exceptional. Knowing the academics of other schools in NJ, I know that this school does provide a quality education for my children. They have been exposed to valuable lessons that have improved their writing and understanding of literature as well.Parent Review8y ago9 Reviews - Check out schools near 150 Essex Ave.

"It’s really nice to live here you can go outside. Live play work. Do whatever you need to do. It’s very nice no shouting, no arguments no police activity very few crime and it is a very nice place to raise a family. You’ll be very close to the beach it’ll be very close to Philadelphia so you can easily get to where you need to, but also come home and be at a place where you can be safe at your house and not have to worry about someone bothering you in your house And if you like to go to church, you can go to church too. You can basically plan to live here for 10 2030 years or for the rest of your life you can really really plan to live. Here is really really nice to live here. I moved here from Philadelphia. I live in Philadelphia for 10 years. I was got tired of the crime I got tired of the constant headaches people taking a trash cans people putting trash in your trash cans, but when I came here, it was totally different. It was very peaceful. It was very friendly. I don’t see a lot of neighbors talking to each other, but it’s still very friendly here and the community is slowly starting to change little by little, but it’s changing for the good it seems to beand basically what you steal on the news you will not get any of that stuff here."

"PROS: Very safe, good schools, easy access to major highways, shopping & restaurants. Town park is beautiful & well kept. Rowan University, Gloucester Comm College & new Inspira Hospital nearby. Close to Philly, AC & Beaches CONS: No real town center, roads can get very congested, lots of construction. Schools are not on par with top S Jersey districts like Haddonfield, Cherry Hill or Moorestown. Taxes aren’t as high as those areas but are still relatively pricey. "
