The weather is wonderful in Santa Barbara year round but the house is equipped with a portable air conditioner for the rare very hot days. The location of this cottage is perfect to work from home or vacation for a month in Santa Barbara. Walk around town or bike anywhere. Short drive to the beach. Blocks away are local eateries, McConnell's ice cream, Cajun Kitchen and others.

When you are home, you are cloistered in an inside of the block location, quiet and private with your own fenced yard and private hot tub. There is also a garage available for your use for storage (not large enough to park a car inside).

Full kitchen with everything you need to cook at home and large screen TV above the gas fireplace help complete the conveniences. Outdoor gas barbecue and table as well as lounge chairs to relax after a hot tub.

You will not regret finding your own private home in one of the most beautiful cities on the planet.
