"It has small town feel, but is full of big city people. It has a college, and a great history. The education system here can be a challenge, but it is getting better. Prescott is full of adventures for the outdoors family."

"It’s a great area to walk dogs but on the other hand dogs that are fenced in are a little frightening when you’re walking your own dog for fear that they may get out of their fences."

"Neighbors are friendly and polite, most of old Prescott knows each other anyway, the only thing is we desperately need a bus system and more work and affordable housing for younger people, this place caters to retirees."

"I lived at the end of Abalane Trail for 4 years. (always chuckled that they spell it wrong). lovely views and quiet. Prescott is fabulous town. Many events at the courthouse square from hot rod gatherings, to art and crafts."

"I’ve lived here for over 20 years. We all have at least 2 acre lots. Lots of privacy. Neighbor’s not controlling their barking dogs is main problem. Some don’t take care of their property. "

"Lack of sidewalks with twisty roads and some residents and contractors that exceed 15-20MPH speed limit calls for vigilance. Also, some bobcat, mountain lion, javelina sightings means small animals are at some risk."
