Located near shopping centers and restaurants as well as the 605 freeway. Main cross streets are Washington Blvd and Passons.

No pets, no smoking or use of elicit drugs on property, 12 month lease preferred. Utilities such as water, gas, trash and sewer are included in the roverall rent amount. Electricity is not included. There is no parking on the property, but there is plenty of parking on the street in front of the main house. Max occupancy of two persons. Annual unit inspection required, and a notices will be provided before hand. Tenant is responsible to keep the unit in a clean and habitable condition. Rent is due on the 1st of the month every month with certified funds. Rent is considered late on the 4th of each month and a $100 late be will be charged.

    "Not always the safest place to raise kids, it would be preferential to live in a gated community if you would like to live in Pico, or live relatively close to a school. Otherwise, the neighborhood can feel a bit unsafe otherwise. There are often gunshots heard and police cars making arrests. The area gets nice the closer you head towards Montebello. Just something to keep in mind as you look for nearby houses."
