Description

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that is available to rent. We removed old vinyl flooring and put in new tile throughout the entire house. We also repainted all inside of the house. We added new light fixtures as well. There is also a new refrigerator along with a new dishwasher as well. This property does include all major appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, glass top 4 burner/oven, microwave, washer and dryer as well. It comes with a two car garage and drive way parking, total 4 spots for parking.

Tenant is responsible for Utilities. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. No smoking allowed at all on the property. Small dogs only (up to 20 pounds) permitted. This property is close to an elementary school and park. This property is close to all major freeways and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport near by (Est. 5.3 miles away). Near ASU (Est. 5.5 miles).
