Located at 30th ave. and Peoria. This rental home with back yard and covered patio is the perfect place for your family. A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with garage on a quiet street close to freeway access and walkable to just about anything you could ever need, stores, restaurants, etc. It has just been fully renovated with new appliances, new fixtures, sinks, and flooring.
A newer AC unit, a freshly resurfaced roof, and the majority of the windows were just switched out for double pane, this means great energy efficiency.
What is required - We ask that you complete a pre-approval application (no fee, and no confidential information asked) before viewing the property. We require long term steady employment, a solid rental history, and we do perform a credit and background check. We dont expect either to be perfect but we do not accept anyone with prior evictions.
1 year lease required. Prior to move in you would pay $2000 first months rent, plus $2000 security deposit, additional pet fees if applicable. For some tenants we also require an additional "last months" rent if your credit or rental history is questionable.
All utilities are the tenants responsibility.
Dogs OK with prior approval, typically $150 deposit per dog. We do have restrictions or additional fees for puppies.
