We are a young couple in our 20's working/going to school, we are looking for someone respectful, clean & responsible to rent. The studio is a good size for 1 person. One parking spot on driveway.

    "delayed cause the light rail always holds you up. you will wait at the stop lights forever. Also the surrounding streets seem to be always under construction but never fixed .expect constant car wrecks on 19thave. I would leave earlier i taking northern or Glendale east/west in the morning its a busy street for commuting."

    "The neighborhood is central to most venues, restaurants, shops and recreational locations. Just a short 5-10 minute drive will get me anywhere I want to go. Traffic isn’t terrible on a weekday. Using the 1-17 can cause some delay due to the traffic during rush hour."
