Welcome to our home! We have a spacious 2,850 sq. ft., two-story house in North Austin, just 2 minutes from I-35. Dutch Bros Coffee and QT are right at the entrance of the neighborhood, making it easy to grab coffee, snacks, gas, or everyday essentials on your way in or out.

When you first walk in, you'll enter our main living rooma comfortable, modern space with accent walls, two large sofas, and an 85-inch Smart TV. There's plenty of room to stretch out, relax, and unwind after a long day without having to stay in your bedroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use, with appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everyday kitchen essentials. We also have a large wooden dining table that extends to seat up to 10 people, giving everyone plenty of space to sit down and enjoy a meal.

One of my favorite parts of the house is the upstairs loft. It features another 85-inch Smart TV, a large comfortable couch, a pool table, and extra storage. It's a great place to watch TV, play a game of pool, or simply relax and enjoy some downtime.

Past the loft is a hallway with three rental bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Having all three rooms together creates a more private upstairs area for our members and provides some separation from the main living spaces downstairs.

My wife and I also live in the home, but our bedroom is located downstairs. We really like this setup because it gives everyone a natural sense of separation and privacy. We're around and available if you ever need anything, but we also respect your space and want you to feel comfortable making yourself at home.

We also have two German Shepherds who are a big part of our family. They're friendly, well-socialized, well-behaved, and get plenty of exercise. They love people and are accustomed to having others around the house. Most people who meet them end up becoming friends with them pretty quickly!
