The kitchen has all full-size appliances, including a stainless steel refrigerator and a new convection range for amazingly quick stove top cooking and a large oven for roasting. There is also a large microwave oven. The expansive granite countertop in the kitchen includes an eating area with two barstool chairs. If needed, there are various kitchen appliances and other kitchen items available.

The bedroom is large with a correspondingly large and lengthy spacious closet that adjoins the bedroom. If needed, available furnishings include a Queen size bed, large dresser, matching nightstand, and a table that can be used as a desk. The shutters in the bedroom are fully adjustable.

The bathroom has a deep claw foot tub with an overhead shower, a pedestal sink, and built-in shelves for storage, and a unique glass window designed to maintain privacy, yet allows for plenty of light.

There are new double-paned windows throughout all of the rooms for ease of opening and closing, and which provide ample light and insulation.

The washer and dryer, with exclusive days assigned for your use only, are available in the shared laundry room, which is located below on the ground floor, and includes a folding area.

Cats ok, small dog negotiable.

Move in costs are one month of rent, plus a security deposit in an amount equal to one month of rent. Minimum 1 year lease
