Welcome to your next home! The guest house is 3 rooms, one living/kitchen, one bed room, and one private bathroom. All with modern finishes and decor throughout including wood-like tile flooring, wood furniture pieces for your convenience, and quartz countertops.

The living/kitchen area includes a flat-screen TV, dining table, washer and dryer inside the building, breakfast counter with seating, mini fridge, full stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, gas stove, microwave, and study or lounging space with a sofa.

Bedroom offers a main bed, fold out spare bed, flat screen tv, and ample space for storage.

The full-sized restroom includes a toilet, sink, and a updated walk-in shower with bench, and a large linen cabinet.

The unit is on a 2 acres lot with hundreds fruit trees with free access, a beautiful landscaped garden, and a vineyard style terrace. Another outdoor terrace with a resort style feel offers a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, refrigerators, cooktop, icemaker, grill, and enjoy some fun with an exercise machine tread mill and jacuzzi. Around the property you will see a mini farm with goats, bunnies, and chickens, and a Koi fish and duck pond.

Rent includes all utilities (gas, electric, garbage, internet, cable). This Guest house used to be a temporary vacation spot, but I am now looking for a permanent tenant.

1 Month rent deposit, 1 small dog, $100 pet deposit (non-refundable).
