The landlord covers water, gas, and trash utilities; the tenant is responsible for the electricity bill and their own internet service. This property is suitable for 1 2 people only. Only one small pet is allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Two parking spaces are provided for the tenant. The tenant is responsible for cleaning their area of the property.
