About this House

2200 ft. ranch home. There's a guest suite at the front of the house with its own entrance and bathroom. Master bedroom with full bathroom and two bedrooms with one bath in back of the house beautiful property located in Payson Arizona. There is a 950 ft. Guest House in the back of lot that you'll be sharing the property with. They will have the back third of a lot. You will have the front 2/3 of the lot. Both houses are on the same utility bill so you will pay 2/3 of all utilities. This has not been an issue with previous renters.

    "No sidewalks to walk on...you have to walk in the street. Dog-friendly neighborhood and lots of familiars dog owners. Because of the wildlife, you must go out with your small dogs, you can’t leave them out alone. "

    "I only live here part time, but the neighborhood is friendly and well kept. Ramsey park is very close with many amenities including multiple sport fields, dog park, library, pool, children’s play area, bbq areas, skating park and a hiking trail. Payson is a vey outdoorsy place with 35 hiking trail around the city limits and many, many more trails, water areas, camping etc. Truly an outdoor persons dream place."

    "It’s a close walk to the green valley park and historical Main Street. The down side is there aren’t sidewalks and people drive Very fast down this street. There are also not too many street lights so people usually walk their dogs during the day to the park. "

If you love 4 seasons and the outdoors this is one of the best places to live. And if you don’t like the current weather you can wait 15 mins or drive 15 mins in any direction and it will change. "
