"There’s always something going on at the park! And every New Year’s Day is amazing to watch the Rose Parade floats come in for two days of viewing! Lastly, we have the best Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning."

"This is a very friendly and stable neighborhood with long term homeowners. Walking distance to parks and farmer's market. Approx. 1 mile from a dog park. Easy access by car to all the fun businesses on Lake and Old Town."
