Entrance from gated driveway through lawn shared by main house to private French door entrance of unit.

Quiet and serene residential neighborhood in foothills and close to hiking. 5-10 minute walk to: market, bank, cleaners, starbucks, bus stops, restaurants. Metro stop on Gold line is 1 mile (or take the bus to metro, just a few stops).

All utilities paid, including gas, electric, wifi, water, gardener and trash. Parking on street, no permit required. Secure bike storage and small outdoor storage. Outdoor security cameras on premises.
Main home has a backyard with a Spanish courtyard feel, including a fountain that runs on occasion as well as one 9 year old medium size and friendly (playful) dog and a pitbull puppy who shares the lawn. There is a gate to close off dogs. On some summer evenings we enjoy the firepit in the backyard. Work hybrid, 9-5. Mature, chill, no drama and looking for same to share the property.
