In the cozy living area spacious enough for a queen-sized bed, there's a flat-screen TV inviting you to unwind (complete with cable/internet capability for your entertainment needs). In the private-half-bathroom, is a generous-sized shower, and a 2nd mid-sized closet. The ceramic flooring throughout adds a modern touch.

Gas, water, electricity, and trash are included. Tenant pays for cable & internet service.

Block of Orange, the historic Orange Circle, Disneyland, restaurants, fast-food, Post Office, strip mall, and grocery stores all nearby. This studio provides a blend of privacy and accessibility to convenient shopping, parks, and trails for outdoor activities.

Required one-year-lease, thereafter, it transitions to a month-to-month rental.
