The condo is located off Immokalee road and Interstate 75 with access to shops and restaurants. BRAND NEW water heater and A/C unit. The kitchen as many new items. RWS international airport is a 25 minute drive.

Come and enjoy resort-style living with a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, spa, pickleball and tennis. This is a gated community as it all. The unit has a laundry area and screened lanai with beautiful views. The unit has an assigned carport parking and there is guest parking. All Windward residents belong to the Castaways Club and enjoy the serenity and resort-style living Tarpon Bay has to offer.
