Hello! Welcome to your Happy Place. We know you will love it here and make some fantastic memories to take home with you. We are 5 blocks from Vanderbilt Beach and just minutes from Delnor-Wiggins State Park. This is a Dog-friendly home.

The outside patio is completely screened and is perfect for relaxing with a book, coffee, or a cocktail when you are not exploring the beaches and local areas. There is an outdoor patio with a dining table and BBQ/grill. The backyard is completely fenced and great for your furry family member.
There is a desk for those of you that have to spend some time working or catching up on schoolwork; there are some basic office supplies and high-speed internet.

We want you to feel completely at home and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a Keurig. The primary bedroom is situated at the back of the house and has a king-sized bed, a closet and a dresser for your clothes and storage, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is private access to the patio, as well as a TV.

The guest bedroom has twin-size beds, ample closet space, and a dresser. The bathroom is right outside the room, which has a tub/shower combination. The beds all have brand new, super comfortable mattresses, protective mattress covers, and new linen, duvets, and covers (which are always laundered after each guest stay). There are spare pillows and blankets for a blow up queen, and we provide bath, hand, and face towels, as well as beach towels.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer.

The home has keyless entry via a keypad- you will be provided with a code.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. There is parking space for 3 cars in the driveway, and a covered carport.

Pets:
We will allow for your dog(s). This is a non-refundable pet fee.

Owner pays for water. Renter responsible for gas electric and internet if you go over allowed usage. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. One small dog permitted with a additional $300 cleaning fee.
