Casa Sunset has some of the best water views from almost every room in the house and partial covered front deck. Sunsets are amazing here.
Open floor plan with spacious counters allows for ample entertaining space.
3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an enclosed yard space off the primary bedroom - even the side yard has lake views.

We would consider renting unfurnished @ $2000 per month for the right long term tenant w 12 month min lease. LTR would be required to cover all utilities.

Absolutely no smoking. Not inside or out, no exceptions. 2 pets maximum with a $250 pet deposit. Tenant will be required to abide by POA policies.

Current EV Charger in front by parking space is a 240v w/Tesla adapter. Renter will be responsible for purchasing correct adapter if other than Tesla

We require excellent credit, no criminal history and no evictions, income at least 2x rent

This is a furnished rental to include utilities (min 60 day rental). Electric is capped at $125 per month, water/sewer at $65. High speed fiber already installed.
