"The neighborhood isn’t nice at all. The buildings look like they’re full of renters. The buildings aren’t maintained nicely at all. I don’t think the area is safe either. I would not recommend this area at all. "
  • Smithlm25
"The commute to Miami is pretty smooth. There are rarely delays on Biscayne Blvd. on the north east side. "
  • Trulia User
"Pretty much nothing, there is barely parks or healthy food choices around only pollo tropical so in that case nothing makes it unique"
  • Smithlm25
"It is a very dog friendly community. There are a lot of dogs here and this complex made a little dog park so there is a place for them to run and play. "
  • Smithlm25
"It's a pretty good area, but children still need to be safe. There are a few unsavory characters around. "
  • Pdpp61
