10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCoral Park Elementary is a very special and incredible school! The school has had its ups and downs over the years due to previous administration, but overall, I am very proud to send my children to this school. The teachers are amazing, always communicating through Class Dojo to keep us updated. The school has a very active social media, always sending and posting reminders for us working parents. We wanted more activities and the administration listened to us and started Be Our Guest Days to allow us to come in to volunteer to support the school. Also, there have been wonderful additions to the school including cheerleading, soccer, better dismissal and safety procedures which I appreciate. Recently, they unveiled a game room to incentivize students for their hard work and behavior. My children now want to ensure they go to school every day. The teachers have been there forever and really care about the children. It is like one big family. Thank you CPE for being an amazing school for my children.Parent Review7mo ago25 Reviews - Rockway Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAbsolutely horrible school. Numerous times I was yelled at by staff for not speaking Spanish fluent enough. They don’t have bike wracks instead theirs a rusted out fence. Also theirs zero parent communication! I wasn’t even told about his graduation ceremony.Parent Review1mo ago8 Reviews - Miami Coral Park Senior High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGood morning,I would like to respectfully share a concern regarding the morning drop-off process at Coral Park High School.Traffic in the surrounding area is extremely heavy and often unpredictable, especially during peak hours and in inclement weather. Even when families plan ahead and leave early, there are situations where arriving exactly on time becomes very difficult. This morning, during rainy conditions, I arrived at approximately 7:19 AM and witnessed the gates being closed while several parents were still actively dropping off their children. Situations like this create unnecessary stress for both parents and students, and can also raise safety concerns when cars are forced to rush or adjust suddenly.I would like to suggest considering a small grace period—perhaps 3 to 5 minutes—before marking students as late. This type of flexibility would acknowledge real traffic conditions while still maintaining overall structure and accountability. The goal is not to encourage lateness, but to support students and families who are making a genuine effort to arrive on time under challenging circumstances.Thank you for your time and consideration. I truly appreciate the work the school does for our students and hope this suggestion can help improve the morning experience for everyone.Parent Review3mo ago45 Reviews - Check out schools near 740 SW 99th Pl.

"Nice area very quiet and for the most part the people are pretty nice. Only annoying thing is the night traffic on bird road since there does seem to be motorcyclists that like to race. But it’s gone down remarkably. "

"An established suburb that has a park and major retail centers with supermarkets and banks at walking distance. Conveniently located less than a 1/2 mile from the Turnpike, this area is great for those that commute to work but want to relax near their home. "
