  • BandCampPrez
"The neighborhood isn’t bad but there are definitely some sketchy looking people that live around the area! "
  • El Presidenté
"Traveling in the morning can be hectic; there are 4 elementary schools in the immediate around. So from 6:30am till 7:30am can be rough. "

  • Lorielmedina11
"I don't particularly care for this neighborhood. it does not have a lot of traffic which is nice. and this particular part is pretty quiet. the schools are horrible."
  • David C.
"I live in a gated community about 10 minutes away, in a better part. I drive through this area very often. As a young (19) man, i can truly say: NOT FOR FAMILY, NOT FOR CHILDREN. Individuals in this area throw their trash any and every where. NOT CLEAN! Not that much crime, but does have many dealers of the herbal type. Over all, not as bad as North Miami (not even near as bad) But WAY worse than the Kendall areas. I REPEAT: DON'T BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS AREA. I have personally witnessed, the horrible attitudes, ghetto mentality and the terrible language capacity of the individuals in this area."
  • Luvrman18
"This is no area to bring family. Drugs dealers and drugs houses all over."
