Feel at home in this expansive 142 m 36th-floor residence offering sweeping Biscayne Bay and skyline views from the living area, bedrooms, and a large private balcony. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment accommodates up to 4 adults plus 3 children.
The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living space and provides everything needed for everyday cooking. The layout flows naturally toward the large curved balcony, where guests can relax, dine, or simply enjoy the elevation and passing boats below. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and comfortable proportions. Both bedrooms are designed with dedicated workspaces and offer direct balcony access. The apartment includes two full bathrooms and an additional half bath. The primary bathroom is generously sized and includes a soaking tub and separate shower.
Access to the building's hot tub, pool, and gym are included. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase, and parking is available for $200 per stay for one vehicle, with additional vehicles costing $200 per month, subject to availability. Daily valet parking is available at $48, payable directly to the building.
Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami's key destinations. Wynwood is approximately 510 minutes away, known for its street murals, creative spaces, restaurants, and bars. South Beach, known for its beaches, Art Deco architecture, and Ocean Drive, is approximately 1520 minutes away. Brickell City Centre, a modern shopping and dining destination, is approximately 1015 minutes away. The Adrienne Arsht Center & Kaseya Center are approximately 5 minutes away, hosting concerts, shows, and sporting events. The Design District, home to luxury boutiques, galleries, and acclaimed dining, is approximately 510 minutes away. Downtown Miami nightlife is also within easy reach, approximately 510 minutes away.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21. Please note that our photos represent examples of units within the building. While furnishings and finishes may vary, the quality and aesthetic will always be consistent with the images shown. Because our apartments are part of the Grand Building and occasionally in rotation, minor differences may occur. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. The Sauna and Fitness Center (Gym) will be temporarily closed from July 1 to October 15, 2026, due to renovation works.
Both bedrooms are designed with dedicated workspaces for remote work and longer stays.
The building may also require a full residency application within 24 hours of booking, which could include prior residency, employment details, social security number, references, and other personal information.
