Monthly rent includes electricity, water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet, and security alarm monitoring. Guests also have access to the community pool. Guests will also enjoy convenient access to a fitness center located approximately 0.4 miles from the condo. This quiet, calm retreat provides the comfort and convenience needed to settle in and feel at home during a stay of 30 days or longer.

30-day minimum stay. Monthly rent includes electricity, water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet, security alarm monitoring, furnishings, and access to all listed amenities. A $1,000 security deposit and $250 cleaning fee are required. No smoking or vaping is permitted. No pets. Two reserved parking spaces are included.
