About this House

Private, free standing, small house for rent. Includes its own washer and dryer. Situated on our primary residence property on 2 1/2 acres. Views of Superstition Mountain and Usery Park Mountain. Walk or ride bike right to trails leading into Usery Park. Surrounded by full size saguaro cacti and full, natural, desert landscape. Nesting owls, wild coyote, tons of birds and rabbits. It's a wildlife lovers dream. The casita will only accommodate one person. No exceptions. This is a no smoking and no dog property. The photos show some of the current tenants personal property. Does include a full size washer and dryer.

Monthly utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash) are fixed at: 150.00 a month.

 our current tenant was here for 4 years and absolutely loved her private little home..

I typically do one year leases on this tiny home. Move-in costs are first months rent plus $1500. The utility fee of $150 includes water and sewer and electricity and trash.

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail.
