This a well-appointed remodeled home with an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms/ 2.5baths that is located accross the street from a community green belt. Newer cabinetry and counter tops throughout the home. Nice neutral tile and paint. Newer 2-inch blinds throughout. The master bedroom is very spacious with two closets! The backyard has nice pavers to enjoy to cool weather in winter and an RV gate! All applicants over 18 must submit an application with copies of their drivers license, last two pay stubs, and $50 cash or certified funds. The owner is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

They no longer trim palm trees, & the water has been off since yesterday-no notice given, no way to reach anyone, office closed on weekends.Tried calling office number, it's out of order! Mgmt is rubbish, no way to contact anyone to address or improve anything. If you value your sanity, don't move here."

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
