About this House

This private bedroom, bathroom and family room in the basement will be your sanctuary. It's your private space and is accessible from the shared entrance. I do have a spare room that I do need access to on occasion. I won't need to enter your space to get to it. The kitchen is also a shared space as is the washer/dryer. I have a fridge for your use in the garage. The pool out back is also shared. The private bedroom includes a queen bed, chair, desk, dresser, mini fridge, microwave, coffee station, nightstand and custom closet system for maximum storage. A security deposit is required for the rent amount of $900 and is due before fist day you take occupancy. The security deposit is strictly refundable provided that all rent, utilities and other fees are paid in full and the property is returned clean, undamaged condition.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, respectful of my home and space and is clean. Maximum occupancy is 1 person. Lease term is a minimum of 30 days and contract can be written for one month at a time. Tenant will be responsible for paying half the utilities which will be due, at the latest, 2 days before the due date. Street parking is available. The neighborhood is safe and very family friendly. No animals allowed due to allergies. Storage space is not available outside of the private bedroom & bathroom.

Tenant to pay half of all utilities (City of Mesa and SRP). Payment will be due to me, at the latest, 2 days before the bill due date or late fees will accrue. A security deposit of $900 will be collected prior to move in date. Rent is $900/month and is due by the first day of the month. If paid later than that, late fees will accrue. A cleaning deposit of $35 is collected on the day of move in. Street parking is available. All mail or deliveries will need to be made to a locker and not at Landlords home. The lease is good for a minimum of 30 days and can be continued on a month to month basis. No pets. No overnight guests. I'm looking for a clean, quiet and respectful Tenant. No smoking, vaping, drugs of any kind are allowed on the property. Entrance into the home is provided with front door keypad code.
