Description

Travis Peak Ranch is the kind of Hill Country property that fits both full-time ranch living and weekend escape ownership without requiring thousands of acres to feel private and usable. Located along East Singleton Bend Road near Marble Falls, the 46 acre property combines elevated Hill Country terrain, mature oak pasture, strong improvements, and outstanding views overlooking the Flat Creek Estate Winery valley. The front portion of the ranch carries the classic cedar-covered terrain and elevation changes common to this part of the Hill Country, while the back portion opens into approximately 33.9 acres of usable pasture shaded by beautiful mature oaks. The ranch has a comfortable, lived-in feel throughout and offers a balance of privacy, function, and recreation within convenient reach of the Highland Lakes area. For buyers looking to work remotely, entertain family and friends, keep a manageable amount of land, and still remain close to Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay, Lake LBJ, and Austin, Travis Peak Ranch offers a hard-to-find combination of accessibility and genuine Hill Country character.

  • Mindy12d2003
"The area is beautiful . Potential for growth . Would be nice to have bike lanes. Enjoy the area . The community is friendly. Would be so nice to become a dog community "
  • Davidebell1979
"There are way too many vehicles per household. The street is generally crowded. Also, several residents let their pets run loose, unattended from time to time. Other than that it’s a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors that I do know are all friendly. Being an affordable neighborhood for renters, we do see the occasional... unwanted neighbor now and then. Fortunately, they don’t last long. The home owners association acts quickly when a resident is deemed a nuisance. I enjoy living in this small town. If it weren’t from being so far away from my employer, I would consider making this town my permanent home."
  • Deweytrish
"It feels like you’re in the country with small town living all within 5 mins from town. Love our morning walks in our neighborhood and seeing the deer run freely "
  • elk3rd
"Less than an hour from Austin, situated on Lake Travis deep water, this home is a rare gem."
  • Texasjunkbox
"Constant level Lake LBJ provides for lake activities with nice waterfront park and public pool facilities. Quaint historic downtown with local shops plus the big box stores too. Great restaurants for all tastes. "
