    "It's a charming area with all available shopping needed. Commuting to and from distant area is a breeze with all local highways pretty much in the same area. People think it's so expensive to live out here and all reality I think it's quite cheap for such a nice well kept and such a high standard name that it has with outsiders because it isnt snobby or stuck up out here one bit.
