Room Description

Pictures shown are of room empty, but room will be furnished and I will add pictures in a few days.
Room is located upstairs, 11' x 11', has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. Room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, a large dresser, and a cube shelf with a TV. Access to a laundry room, which is also located upstairs. Assigned laundry day would be Wednesdays. Parking on street. We have a biweekly maid service! You will have access to full kitchen, dining room, and living room area, we also have a pool in the backyard.
We're looking for one roommate who is respectful, responsible, and enjoys a peaceful, drama-free home.
Our household is quiet and independent. We're friendly, but everyone tends to keep to themselves and respects each other's privacy. Our home is a comfortable place to come home, relax, and unwind after work.
We share our home with one sweet beagle and one cat that hides, so you'll need to be comfortable living with pets. Our beagle may greet you with a few excited barks when you come home, but otherwise our home is calm and laid-back.
We're looking for someone who:
 Is clean and picks up after themselves in shared spaces.
 Is employed or has stable, verifiable income.
 Is respectful of quiet hours and others' privacy.
 Does not smoke or use recreational drugs.
 Is considerate, reliable, and easy to live with.
