About this House

Renter pays all utilities. The rent includes weekly maintenance for the pool to include cleaning and chemicals. The lease can be fully furnished for an additional $200 per month but if anything breaks it has to be repaired or replaced at the renter's expense. Lease duration is flexible but must be at least 12 months. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Property has a sprinkler system, and tenant is required to water on a consistent basis. If landscaping dies due to neglect the cost to replace will be at tenant's expense.
