Professional lawn care and snow plowing are included. General building maintenance is provided by a full time local general contractor and a property manager is available 24/7.

    "It’s decently rural area so do be careful about leaving pets outside due to coyote packs and bears! Coyotes tend to howl to cause prey to run to them so they can ambush so please put a tracker on your dog or fence the property "
