All applicants are subject to credit, background, income, employment, and rental history verification. Household income should generally be at least 2x the monthly rent (or equivalent verifiable assets). Maximum occupancy is two adults. This is a quiet residential property, and tenants are expected to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.

Issue is that some houses and apartment are oversaturated with tenant which causes a decrease of actual parking space on the street so parking is horrible. Worse than a lot of parts in LA."
