The unit is facing the north side of the building, which keeps it cool during the summer. The building consists of four units. Each unit has its unique style. The building surrounded with a private yard that is suitable for relaxation and barbecue. Additionally, it is fenced and safe for pets in the backyard. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with access from the building. Also, tenant will be charged a flat rate for $100 for all utilities except TV service and internet (utilities include gas, electricity, water, and garbage).
The building located in the heart of Long Beach downtown. it is 5 minutes walk to public transportation/metro, 5 minutes driving to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, convention center, and Starbucks.etc. Application is available on this website..

    "I love living in DTLB. I like that everything is a short walk away, plenty of places to eat, things to do, events, and the beach is right there! Most places/restaurants are dog friendly. The downsides for me would definitely be lack of parking in most areas and the unhoused/transient folks sometimes is out of control in some parts. But those things are expected in the downtown area. I am 4 blocks away from the beach, pike outlet, Long Beach convention center, and shoreline village. A lot of tourists in the area. The train is a block away. "

Or travel all the way to San Diego just to do something fun. Kdb is gone and so is Walmart. I’m moving out of California this time next year. Already secured location. "
