Furnished RV/Mini Apartment for Rent (for one person) with all utilities included (except for propane).
This is a beautiful one bedroom, one bath RV in a private backyard with lots of wildlife, an above ground pool and a screened in gazebo where you can enjoy your morning coffee. It is very close to the major grocery stores and shopping.
The RV has central AC that works great! It has a comfortable living area with a TV. The kitchen has lots of counter space, a gas stove, a microwave and a relatively big refrigerator. The bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed, ample closet space and a pretty large dresser. The bathroom has a regular house toilet (not an RV toilet) and a decent size shower/tub with a sky light.
This is a one person rental and it has to be a person that loves animals and doesn't smoke, use drugs or drinks heavily. I can't take pets because I have too many of my own. I am open to a long term or month to month rental. A background check will be required as well as a security deposit. For more info please message me.
