This home is not available for long term rental. It is a vacation rental in The Villages which is a retirement community (55+ community).

2026 Availability:
May - August $1300/month
September-$1500
October -December $2000/month

2027 availability:
January and February 2027 $3900/month (both months must be rented together). February is not being offered alone.

This home is in The Villages which is a 55+ Community. Rent is based on two occupants max. Both occupants must qualify for occupancy with credit ratings of 740 or more and pass a background check.

Security deposit is $1300. Additional cleaning fee is $175 paid upfront. If it takes more than 2 hours to clean, additional cleaning costs will be charged at a rate of $100/hour and will be taken out of the security deposit.

This site-built house has new stainless appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary cooking supplies. Our home has a large living room with 55 inch smart TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bedroom and bath are on the opposite side of the house from the master bed and bath. The laundry room is inside the house. The Lanai is a screened room in the rear of the house and is approximately 8 x 16 feet. This home is smoke free. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbors. You can walk to the neighborhood adult pool or take a bit longer stroll to the Orange Blossom Country Club where you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the poolside bar. Our home is on the historic side of the Villages and is close to Spanish Spring Square, shopping, golf courses and a variety of pools. If you are new to the Villages, you will not be disappointed. The Villages is about 1 hour north of Orlando and is centrally located between both coasts. This makes it convenient to Disney and other Florida attractions as well as ocean beaches. Come to the Villages and enjoy the many executive golf courses or one of the many championship golf courses. If you like dancing, you will love to visit any of the three squares where you will find nightly entertainment, shopping, restaurants and more. This is a vacation rental and is therefore rented by the month. The rental rates change by the season. This is not a long-term rental.

    "This article pertains to men age 65 Best Retirement Community in America! There’s almost no crime, no graffiti, no trash, no falling apart roads, no run down properties, and yes there are children 22% of the population is allowed to be under the age of 25 & more if needed to take care of a parent, etc (after all it is a Retirement Community). The biggest activity is Bowling (no it’s not Swinging), there are 60 Golf Courses (free to play), largest Golf Cart Community in the the world with over 65,000 Golf Carts, 104 pools (1/3 are for kids), over 3600 Clubs (all activities are free some may include a small fee for supplies or personal instruction), 3 Town Squares with free Entertainment & Dancing nightly 5 till 9 with some of the best bands in the industry. Plantings changed quarterly and every inch of the landscape manicured to perfection. That’s what people come to the Villages for from around the world (most are actually from Florida that live here year round) and what makes it the fastest growing city in America. "
