Pool and Mountain Views. Blocks away from Hiking's trails. It is only a 5 mt drive to Old town La Quinta's restaurants and boutiques. Walk, bike or drive 5mts to Pickle ball/ Fritz burn pool-dog park.
All stainless steel appliances, master bath has walk-in shower and soaking tub. Master bed has walk-in in closet and another closet in bedroom. One guest bedroom has walk-in closet as well. Quiet neighborhood. No gas all electrical appliances and AC/dryer etc.

Owners pay for pool cleaning and gardening. Smoking only outside with doors closed, don't want smoke in drywalls. No cats as owner is extremely allergic to cats. Park in garage, driveway, front of the house only.
