Utilities included: Includes :internet, garbage. All furnishings, kitchen/bath/bedding items, etc, are new as of Oct. 2017 and 2019 and some in 2021/2022. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath single family home that is 800 sq. ft., located in Old Town Key West just 7 blocks to Duval and a 10 minute walk to the beach. This home is in a quiet community and shares a beautiful courtyard area with 11 homes surrounding a large heated swimming pool and is ideally located within easy walking distance to the beach, world famous Duval Street, shopping, museums and restaurants. This home has a front porch along with a large side deck overlooking the garden. There is also seating at the pool. It is a quiet courtyard. There is designated parking on street in front of the home. It has very high ceilings so it feels larger than it would seem. The bedroom has a door to the addition on the back of the home and then french doors to the deck and a door to get to the pool. Max occupancy is 2 people. No smoking allowed inside. The home is from 1906 and has original flooring, windows, bath, and kitchen cabinets. The addition in the back of the home is new, and the deck are new . It may be considered by some to need some updating such as the kitchen, but it is livable. Please email for more info. and pictures. Owner allergic to cats. Will consider a dog with non refundable pet deposit of $500. Thanks.

This is the rate- there is no difference or discount for longer than one month- Plus the 12.5% tax required for rentals less than 6 months long. $250 cleaning fee per month with us having the cleaners come to clean. Pets are considered on case by case basis with $500 non refundable pet /extra cleaning fee. No cats as owner is allergic unfortunately. Security deposit could be discussed depending on if you are paying in advance, that sort of thing. We are not looking for january-April to be rented. We would have you either apply through Zillow and sign a lease with the zillow process, or apply with Zillow and book on our website if using a credit card and/or just one month. Prefer somebody the whole summer. October -December would be a much higher rate , if we decide to rent it for those months. Thanks.
