Lease Terms:
This is a fully furnished rental ideal for short- to mid-term stays. All utilities, including electricity and Wi-Fi, are included in the rent up to $45 per month. If utility costs exceed that amount, the tenant will be responsible for the overage. A refundable security deposit and one-time cleaning fee are required. This is a strictly non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. Flexible lease lengths are available, and pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional fee.

Please note: Tenants must not leave behind any furniture, food, or opened items upon move-out. A fee may be charged for any abandoned or improperly disposed items.
