LIVING ROOM/GAME ROOM

Arrive at Desert Haven with open high ceilings and wall to wall windows. She will welcome you with a bright and open airy concept and over 2000 ft sq of indoor space. Melt away into the new plush furnishings and enjoy the mid century modern glam design. This space has been completely redesigned from head to toe. Cozy up with the newly remodeled fireplace, throw blankets and a good book. Laugh while watching for your favorite movie and tv show on Netflix on the 70" Smart TV. Gather around the designer dining table and modern seating for 10, while making forever memories with family and friends. Enjoy the board / card games, arcade video games or a game of foosball to entertain the whole group.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances to cook the group's favorite meals. The refrigerator, oven/stove top, microwave, dishwasher is stainless steel. Prepare meals and drinks daily. The kitchen is set up for service of 10 people + including dishes, cups, and utensils for kids. The large, open-concept kitchen space has an eat in bar area with stools. The kitchen comes with a French press, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, rice cooker, and more.

BEDROOMS

The Master 'Yellow Room', provides a beautifully designed space to rest at the end of the night. It provides a wonderful night's sleep with a plush 12" memory foam King Bed and cotton bedding. It has a master en-suite full bathroom which has a stand up shower, soak tub, double sinks and walk in closet.
The 'Blue Room' provides tons of gorgeous bright light upon entering in off the living room. It provides a 12" memory foam Queen Bed that sleeps 2 with a dresser and luggage rack for belongings.
The 'Green Room' is rich and glamourous with a 12" plush Queen Mattress that sleeps 2. It has a dedicated work space for those who want to work remote for those longer term vacations / work remote stays. Shut the door for quiet and focus to turn those ideas into action plans with this zen space.
The 'Pink Room' has two twin memory foam beds. It overlooks the garden, pool, spa and firepit area.
The 'Orange Room' is open concept (2 walls) and serves as a den/game room during the day, and resting area for the night. It has a versatile trundle bed that can convert into two twins or can be pulled up and locked side by side to become a Queen.

THE BACKYARD

This completely renovated backyard is a vacation Haven! It has a newly built pool and spa. The spa is one of the biggest ones in any private backyard, it is 5 x 12 ft and can fit up to 6-8 family and friends. Rest by the new pool loungers while enjoying a refreshing drink by the pool side. Stay cool under the jumbo umbrellas while basking in the desert sun. Gather around the modern firepit to share endless stories in the Adirondack chairs. Cook up your favorite steak and veggies on the new Stainless Steel BBQ grill and enjoy an outdoor meal in the new mid century modern dining table/chairs. Wrap up the night by enjoying a night cap around the outdoor couch and string lights, this is your Desert Haven enjoy your stay with us!

1Mo Lease, Owner pays for utilities with credits up to $400. After that, tenant will pay for difference.
2Mo Lease+ Tenant pays for all utilities with the exception of lawn care and pool service - which owner will pay for.

Upon booking, a government issued photo ID will be required for all adults staying on the property. A rental agreement must be signed for all stays as waiver to accept that you will use the pool and spa at your own risk. We do not have a lifeguard on duty.
Check in instructions and a key pad code will be provided via Airbnb message platform within 24 hours of your stay.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure and check in time is at 3:00 PM.
Any and all forms of smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere Inside or Outside the house or property. This includes vape, cigarettes or marijuana. An extra cleaning fee for $500 will be charged.
AC/Heating - please DO NOT turn AC below 76 degrees; turning AC lower than 76 would not cool the house faster and will freeze the AC system. Please make sure you keep all doors and windows shut in summer/winter to conserve energy. Heater should not be turned above 86 during winter.
Noise and Parties - An unauthorized party or event at the property will lead to your immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of the entire security deposit. Be a GOOD NEIGHBOR and please avoid playing music outdoors, or loud talking/noise while at the house especially after 9pm. The city of Indio has strict vacation rental ordinances regarding parties and noise at vacation rentals. Your cooperation is compulsory and will assure you have a lovely stay. NO OUTSIDE MUSIC Is permitted at any time per the regulations of the City of Indio
Pets - are not allowed on premise (indoor nor outdoors).
Pool - please do not attempt to change pool setting, turn pool heating on, or change pool temperature. If pool heating was requested, pool heating will be set to 84 degrees and should not be changed. This will be controlled by the Host. There will be an additional $75/ day heating fee for the pool each day requested. We monitor pool heating during rentals. There will be a penalty fee assessed for misuse. You may use the spa at no additional cost.
Trash - All trash should be tied in garbage bags and put in the trash bin prior to departure. Excessive trash left at the property may incur extra charges.
Laundry place used towels, etc. in laundry baskets next to washer/dryer. If you wash any of the linens or towels use normal laundry settings.
BBQ - BBQ is propane. Please use with Caution. An extra cleaning charge may be added if the BBQ is left with excessive grease and food. There is a fire extinguisher near the BBQ for your safety.
Please do not place hot or wet plates or cups directly on furniture; use coasters. Please do not sit on furniture with wet bathing suits or clothes. Please do not re-arrange the house decor or move furniture, inside or out.
When checking out, please start the dishwasher to run dirty dishes. Please ensure that all doors and window are locked prior to departure. Make sure to turn off all lights, electronics, TV/Sound system - including pool lights. You are responsible for assuring the home is secure at your departure.
Keys - This property is Keyless entry please assure door has securely locked on your departure.
Broken/ Missing items - We prefer that you report any items broken or missing before you depart the home. We understand that accidents happen and would appreciate your honest cooperation if something went wrong while at the house. We work hard to maintain lovely homes for all our guests.
Sound System/TV's - we have a smart tv and you can enter your personal account info to watch tv on apps like Amazon, Netflix's, Disney etc. please note - the Sound System and TV's are rather sophisticated. Tampering with wires, settings and moving speakers is strictly prohibited and will result in loss of entire deposit.
At Your Own Risk - Use of anything on the premises including the house, property, trundle beds, fireplace and pool are at your own risk. We do not have a lifeguard on duty. Please ensure that children are always supervised in the backyard and near the pool.
It is the Guest's responsibility to explain these rules to their party including children and guests and to abide by these rules. Any extra charges that may be assessed to owner along with any damage will be charged to the Guest via the credit card on file. Only guests with ID and cleared will be allowed to stay on property.
Security /Recording cameras are running OUTDOORs only 24/7 for Guest safety and for the security of the property to avoid vandalism. Cameras are located in the entry way of the front door, back door slider, and over looking the pool and side gate. Tapering with the cameras result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and stay. Guests will be removed from premise without refund for the reminder of the stay.
High speed internet is provided at no additional cost within reasonable usage. Tapering with Wifi or router is strictly prohibited. All guests must be 25 years old with a valid ID to book this property.
We kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entry to the property.
There are two parking spots in the driveway. Additional parking in front of the property is available. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not park in front of their homes.
