This home has been completely renovated to allow for a stylish and modern design with vacation rentals in mind. Sunset Escape has spent almost a year being renovated from top to bottom! Walls, floors, ceilings and cabinets torn down and built back up to create an open space design perfect for vacation rentals. The common space is designed to be an open kitchen concept making it ideal for large groups to hang out. The kitchen boasts an expansive island with all new stainless steel appliances. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the resort-style pool and the newly built pergola to provide shelter from the sun. The three bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate up to 10 guests with 5 total beds. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door leading out to the yard, as well as one other bedroom with a private door.

 INTERIOR DETAILS

This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

- Additional Sleeping Arrangement: 2 twin rollaway cots with memory foam mattress

BATHROOMS:
- Bathroom #1: Standing shower, located in primary bedroom #1
- Bathroom #2: Standing shower, located in hallway
- Bathroom #3: Standing shower, located in hallway

EXTERIOR DETAILS:
- Pool and spa: Fully automated with easy spa control (pool heating: $75/day, spa heating: $25/day), 6 chaise sun-loungers, patio umbrellas, conversation area
- Natural gas grill: stainless steel grill with separate concrete island and 4 bar stools
- Covered Pergola: 8-person table for al fresco dining, ceiling fans

Terms and Conditions:

1. The rent price may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. We do not accept long-term bookings. We only accept short-term stays or rentals of 30 days or more. For more details on pricing, please refer to the Rates & Payment Details section in the listing description.

2. No parties or events are allowed.

3. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. You may use outdoor amenities during Quiet Hours as long as noise is kept within the property line.

4. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you'd like the pool heated, please let us know in advance as it takes 10 hours or more to reach the set temperature. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it's less than 3 days.

5. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

6. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

8. No more than 5 vehicles allowed.

9. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.

10. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
