1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 10 PM to 8 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. No overnight street parking, read posted signs for changes. No horizontal parking. The house can hold up to 6 cars.
4. No parties or events are allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged
8. ID Verification Check
9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Stay Wandery for insurance purposes
10. Max guest count: 20 guests during both the day and night.
11. Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals, city fines/violations, and/or HOA fines/violations
