"Residential area 1 block from strip mall with Safeway, Longs Drugs, some inexpensive dining. Short drive to Koko Marina with more of same. Moanalua Bay, Sandy Beach nearby for water sports. Local public schools better than most on island. Rush hour traffic bad, but manageable. Oahu swim & tennis club 5 blocks away. Lovely views of Koko Crater, valleys. Rain showers semi-frequent. At edge of Tsunami risk area. Maybe 15-feet above water level. "
