Bring your bed, coffee mug and bath towel!

Rent of $850 due the first day of the month. Late fees of $20 per day each day rent is late.

Must give roommate or agent 30 days notice of intent to move out with specific timelines.

Lease will be terminated if rent is not paid on the first of every month.
