Los Altos Elementary has a mix of good teachers and horrible teachers. There are many teachers that ar immature, gossip in front of the kids, and do not belong in an elementary school setting. Ive seen my child go through her years here and the education, experience, and potential is just not there anymore. This school has gone from a 7/10 to a 5/10 in 3 years. Many parent send their kids for the dual immersion program but in my opinion it's not worth receiving subpar education and having your children learn inappropriate behavior from teachers.

Solid academic cariculums and staff, which consistently yields a large number of graduates getting into top universities.

This school is absolutely horrible. Students are constantly vapeing in the bathroom and on the field. There are fights often, and the teachers cannot control the students.Office manager leizle is horrible. I have never worse follow up. And when confronted she acts very immature and walks off. The sad part she did this infront of principal and vice principal and they acted like no big deal. The vice principal Kwon is a joke. My son was involved in a incident and he was telling my son to write things that were untrue and claimed he talk to the students but none of the kids talked to him. The guy has no moral or ethical compass. I can see the principle tries but without the proper staff she is helpless.There are much better schools in the area that you can choose from.
