Description

Recently renovated 4 bedroom home on around 5 acres. Rural area with lots of privacy. All appliances are less than 2 years old. Washer and dryer are provided but when they go out they will not be replaced and only the hookups will be offered. Bathrooms and kitchen have been redone, open floor plan with enormous space inside. Front and back deck are new, with fencing around the whole property and a fenced in front yard. Carport and storage sheds can be used by the renter, and may be able to board livestock as our barn and fields are nextdoor. Basketball goal is available for renters use as well and can be moved anywhere on property.

Renter will be responsible for electric, the home in on a septic and well. All other utilities are optional and up to the renter to procure and pay.
Prefer a 12 month lease, but may consider 6 or 9 months.
May be able to board livestock, and no limits on pets, but must be discussed and approved.
Plenty of parking, cover and non, long driveway, plenty of yard space.
If you smoke cigarettes, we ask you to smoke outside.
Any normal wear and tear repairs that cost less than $250 are the renters responsibility and can be discussed as needed.
Pet fee of $250 may cover all dogs and cats, depending on dog size/breed.
May put up any type of fencing in yard the renter wants at their own expense.
Current tenants do not move out until June 1st so have to schedule all viewings in advanced.

Renter pays all utilities including electric and WiFi, has a septic and well. No smoking in the house preferred. Year lease preferred. May be able to board livestock.
