Tenant must be comfortable with dogs and kids being in the backyard if the main front house. Tenant to pay water and electricity. Owner to pay sewer, trash and wi-fi. NO smoking if any kind. NO pets. 2 tenants MAX. Street parking only in a permit parking residential street.

Additional application provided by property owner will need to be completed upon interest of the property. If chosen, additional rental agreements and addendums will need to be signed.
