About this House

Furnished basement studio apartment in safe, convenient location, Timberlake/Forest area. All utilities are included along with a nice furnished patio to enjoy quiet evenings and nature. Apartment has it's on the driveway and dedicated entrance. Apartment is in the basement of my home and because we share a floor and ceiling it's important to note that I have two small dogs that occasionally bark. $850 a month/$850 deposit. No pets. maximum occupy:1 , no exceptions.
I am looking for a quiet, responsible, independent person. No smoking and definitely no parties.
Credit check , income verification, references will be needed.

TJ is a wonderful school. The teachers love the kiddos and create a great learning atmosphere. Our kids wanted to go all the time and were bummed about summer this year. Parents are constantly kept in the loop and communication is great.
