Home comes fully furnished with fresh bedding, full kitchen stocked, roku, wifi and tv. This travel trailer has considerable closet and storage space for all your needs.
The home is located on a quiet beautiful culdasac with a newly paved shared driveway about 10 min from downtown Fallbrook and 25 min to the coastline beaches.
All utilities monthly flat rate $100 in addition to rent.

Enjoy your coffee every morning on your private patio while listening to the sounds of the country with nearby livestock, coyotes, frogs & songbirds. Grow a veggie garden and enjoy the Southern California Sunshine living less than 30 min from Temecula Wine Country and Oceanside Beach.
