Description

A single-level home on 2 Acres of land in rolling hills of North San Diego County, which looks into Del Luz Canyon and the Cleveland National Forest. Our home is a full-furnished Mid-term rental (MTR, Rental period is 30 days or more). All utilities are included in rent. (800/month cap for propane and Electric)

It offers 3.5 bedrooms (.5 is nook off of master room) and 3 Bathrooms laid out over 3000sf and includes a custom-built home office made of African Mahogany and a family room-kitchen open space concept. Master has a separate connecting nook that can serve an extra space with two children beds. The home expands to the outdoor living space, including a vanishing edge pool/spa, a luxury outdoor Al Fresco branded kitchen equipment, a covered and heated seating area for 12, a garden, a play area, and a gas fire pit with Adirondack seating chairs. Nature hikes along the Sandia Creek trail, Wineries , and downtown main street restaurants are all within 10 minutes.

Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a portable queen air mattress suitable for the office for any overnight guests you make have. Our home features a 55' LG OLED TV in the living room, 48 inch LG in Master BD and at 48 inch in the garage near the work out equipment. Our home also has unlimited high-speed satellite internet Wi-Fi access via a new mesh network that extends through the home and the outdoor entertainment area. The home has two Tesla-3 batteries and a car charger.

This is a furnished Mid-Term Rental. All rentals are 30 days or longer.
Utilities are included with a cap of $500/ month for propane and electric combined. (43 solar panels, two Tesla 3 batteries minimize power bill). There is an Tesla universal car charger in the garage.

There is a separate nook in the master bedroom with two children beds. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There was originally four bedrooms one has been converted to a professional office space with an African Mahogany build in with two workstations. We do supply an air mattress for this room that may be used for overnight guests. We do allow pets and a portion of the 2 acres is fenced off around the pool, garden and outdoor entertainment area (BBQ, firepit), however, we live adjacent to the Santa Margarita River Valley and the Cleveland National Forest. Pet owners should be aware of the native owls, coyotes, and snakes that are part of the environment.
